A fairly simply clean looking design was quite appealing to any new home buyer who really appreciated the the Craftsmanship of aesthetic of Gustav Stickley. As for the the interior, the layout was slightly changed to get rid of the confusion of doors would help with room flow and improve livability. Nice layout and most likely wasn't a difficult house to build with one main roof a spacious front hip dormer roof.
